Hesch Institute – Jerry Hesch

Jerry Hesch is a manual therapist that offers a unique and effective perspective on treating movement dysfunction throughout the body. I have participated in his Sacroiliac Joint and Cervical Spine classes and found them extremely beneficial in my practice as well as for self care. The link below will take you to his home page. Type “exercise” in the search bar to view a wide variety of videos on self care exercises from neck pain to hip and low back pain.
