Over the past few years, I’ve had quite a few people mention the book the Emotion Code to me in conversation. I finally decided to loan it from the library and see what it was all about. Essentially, the book describes how energy from emotions can become trapped in our bodies and cause all sorts of issues, and how to identify and clear these emotions using muscle testing techniques.
As a bodyworker, I was intrigued because I’ve worked with many clients that need this extra piece of emotional healing and it can be hard to know which type of therapy or modality is best for them to work through it. Unlike other emotional therapies, you do not need to relive your past traumas or experiences in order to release these negative emotions with the Emotion Code. You simply follow the steps to identify the emotion and where it’s at in your body and then use a magnet to clear it.
I know from personal experience that trying a wide variety of therapeutic modalities is essential to find what works for you, but can definitely be financially straining. While I don’t think that the Emotion Code should replace any form of professional help that the client is finding beneficial, it may be an inexpensive way to support their healing from home. I’ve found muscle testing to be a very important piece to the puzzle on my healing journey.
Check out the book from your local library or get your own copy from https://discoverhealing.com/. The book provides step-by-step instructions on how to learn the muscle testing techniques and the trapped emotion release process. You can even use it on your pets! It’s been fun to practice and play around with at home. I’ve experienced a sense of ease and openness, similar to what I feel during and after a craniosacral session, and I’ve seen a change in my pets as well. Just another resource to consider, especially if you feel like you’ve hit a plateau in your wellness journey.
